UK & International Shipping Policy

At Prints With Passion, every item is custom-printed to order specifically for you. We partner with specialist UK and global print facilities to deliver studio-quality apparel, wall art, and home decor directly to your door.

1. United Kingdom Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Tracked UK Delivery: FREE (£0.00) on all UK orders — no minimum spend required.
• Production Time: 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday) as your item is custom-printed, cured, and quality-checked.
• UK Courier Transit Time: 2–4 business days via Royal Mail Tracked / Evri / DPD (depending on product category and print facility).
• Total Estimated UK Delivery Window: 4–8 business days from the date of your order.

2. International Shipping (European Union, USA, Canada & Norway)

• Standard International Tracked Shipping: Flat rate of £9.99 GBP per order.
• Estimated Delivery Window: 5–12 business days (including 2–4 business days production).
• Customs & Import Duties: International orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Split Shipments for Multi-Item Orders

To ensure the highest print quality, different product categories (for example, a T-Shirt and a Stretched Canvas or Throw Blanket) may be printed at specialist facilities and dispatched in separate protective packages. You will receive a tracking link by email for each parcel as soon as it is dispatched—at no extra shipping cost to you.

4. Order Tracking & Support

As soon as your order leaves our print facility, we will email you a dispatch confirmation containing your live tracking number. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, or if you need any assistance, please contact us:
