Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
At Prints With Passion, we want you to love every piece you order. This policy sets out your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, alongside our hassle-free replacement guarantee.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items (30-Day Free Replacement or Full Refund)
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we will provide a free express reprint or a 100% full refund (including any shipping paid) at no cost to you—no return of the faulty item is required.
- Please email us at printswithpassionbc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the fault or damage.
- Once verified, we will immediately queue a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
2. UK & EU 14-Day Statutory Right to Cancel (Non-Personalised Catalog Items)
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and the EU Consumer Rights Directive for EU orders), you have the legal right to cancel your order for any standard, non-personalised catalogue item (including discounted or promotional items) within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive your goods, for any reason.
- How to Cancel: Email us at printswithpassionbc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery stating your order number and intention to return the item(s).
- Condition of Returned Goods: Items must be returned within 14 days of your cancellation notice in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact.
- Return Address & Postage: Return parcels must be sent to: Prints With Passion, 87 Upper Brighton Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN14 9HZ, United Kingdom. For change-of-mind returns where the item is not faulty, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full price paid for the item(s) to your original payment method within 14 days.
3. Easy Apparel Size Exchanges (£9.99 Subsidised Reprint Option)
Because every garment is printed to order, we also offer a fast, low-cost alternative to returning your shirt or hoodie by post: if you ordered the wrong size on a non-personalised garment, email us within 14 days of delivery and we can produce and ship a brand-new replacement in your new size for a flat £9.99 contribution—and you can keep or gift the original garment without paying return postage!
4. Exceptions: Customised & Personalised Orders
Under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, items that are custom-made to your personal specification or personalised (such as custom names, custom text, or uploaded personal photos) cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind or sizing error once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
