1. 30-Day Return Window & Statutory EU/UK Withdrawal Rights
- 30-Day Storewide Return Window: You may request a return or size exchange within 30 calendar days of receiving your order across all 9 supported countries (GB, US, CA, DE, FR, ES, CH, BE, NL).
- Statutory 14-Day UK & EU Cooling-Off Rights (Widerrufsrecht / Droit de rétractation / Derecho de desistimiento / Herroepingsrecht): For customers in the United Kingdom and the European Union (including Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands), our 30-day policy incorporates and extends your statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Returns & Size Exchanges
- Items returned for change of mind or size exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
